What happens if my hot air balloon ride is cancelled due to bad weather?
If your flight is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, you can rebook free of charge onto any available date. If you’ve made four attempts to fly within your voucher’s validity period, we’ll also provide a free extension.
We also offer a refundable booking option on both shared and private flights.
Are there age, weight or mobility restrictions for hot air balloon rides?
The minimum age is 7 years old, and the maximum weight limit is 118kg (18st). Passengers exceeding this weight limit will be charged for an additional space.
Almost anyone can enjoy a hot air balloon ride. You simply need to be able to stand unassisted for approximately one hour, bend your knees and hold on.
How long does a hot air balloon experience last, and what’s included?
The whole experience lasts approximately 3 hours, including around one hour in the air.
All our flights are classic hot air balloon rides and include helping with the balloon setup, the flight itself, landing, a post-flight celebration and a return journey to the original meeting point.
How do hot air balloon gift vouchers work?
Our gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
Once the recipient receives their voucher, they can easily redeem it online or over the phone. They’ll simply need to provide their passenger details and choose their preferred flight location and date, subject to availability.
