If your flight is cancelled, we’ll notify you by SMS and/or email as soon as possible.
Your message will include a link to your customer portal, where you can quickly view alternative dates and rebook your experience. You can also reschedule by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone if you prefer.
We also offer a weather refundable option on selected vouchers at the time of booking. If chosen, this allows you to receive a full refund of your flight value (excluding the cost of the refundable option) in the event we are unable to operate your flight. Without this option, your booking is non-refundable but remains fully re-bookable onto any available date within the validity period.
