All balloon flights include approximately 45–60 minutes air-time. The full experience lasts around 3–3.5 hours, including set-up, packing away, and your return journey to the meeting point.
Parking is available at all launch sites, and is mostly free. Full details will be included in your pre-flight confirmation message.
If weather prevents flying, we’ll let you know by SMS and/or email. Your message will include a simple link allowing you to instantly rebook onto another available date. Rebooking is always free, and if your voucher has been attempted on 6 separate flights, we’ll automatically extend its validity.
All flights are weather dependent for your safety and enjoyment. You’ll receive an update the day before (around 16:00) with your exact meeting time, location, and final flight details.

Due to council noise restrictions, our morning flights usually launch from Bath Pumpkin Patch.
We keep things clear and simple from booking to landing. You’ll receive all the right information at the right time, plus timely updates as soon as they’re available via sms and/or email.
Once booked for a selected flying slot, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your payment details and important notes.
Around 16:00 the day before your flight, you’ll get a text confirming your arrival time and location (weather dependent).
Experience an unforgettable 45-minute to 1-hour of flying. This 3-4 hour activity includes setup, the flight, packing up, and the return trip.
Enjoy a complimentary tipple after your flight, a perfect time to reflect on your adventure.
We’ll bring you back to the meeting location about 3-3.5 hours after your arrival.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by your pilot and crew as preparations begin. After a short safety briefing and time for any questions, you’ll be invited to help lay out and assist with the inflation. A powerful fan fills the envelope with cold air, and you’ll watch as it slowly takes shape before your pilot adds heat, bringing the balloon upright to its full height of around 90 feet. It’s now time to climb aboard.
Before take off, your pilot will demonstrate the landing procedure and make sure everyone feels comfortable and ready. Then, as the burners roar to life, you’ll rise smoothly into the sky and take in breathtaking 360° views of the landscape below. Once airborne, the flight is calm and peaceful, broken only by the occasional whoosh of the burner. Drifting with the wind, each moment reveals a new perspective — from deer moving through the fields to birds of prey circling gracefully beneath you.
As the flight comes to an end, your pilot will guide you through the landing — asking everyone to take the position explained before take off. Whether it’s a gentle stand-up landing or a lively drag across the grass, every touchdown brings its own sense of adventure. Once safely back on the ground, we greatly appreciate your help with packing away the balloon — though this is entirely optional. You’ll then join the team for a complimentary tipple, the perfect moment to celebrate, share stories, and reflect on your time in the sky.
